The role will be to support the Aramark UK's Government Services Team working in the Defence, Judicial and Government sectors .
The successful individual will be tasked with supporting on the development of retail, marketing and promotions programmes to help develop key sites, supporting with delivery and activation of central marketing initiatives and driving and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Requirements: Analyse retail and marketing trends to support strategy and enhance financial performance - drive profitable cash sales and continuous customer participation Manage and implement retail pricing strategy Execute retail, promotions and marketing campaigns with a creative and dynamic approach to customer engagement Support operational teams with marketing and retail activity on sites throughout the UK via retail and marketing training Develop and manage retail planograms to drive sales and participation Develop and deliver program of retail promotional activities that deliver business objectives and compliance working with procurement Work with functional partners to support on marketing and retail activity Digital signage management Deliver centrally, customised, marketing and retail campaigns on a cyclic basis via digital platforms and traditional method Ensure Brand Standards Manuals are followed Create case studies and concept proof points Own digital signage and app content for Government Services team.
Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark Government Services and Aramark UK brand Key Experience: Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Flexible, agile approach to working A positive 'can do' attitude 2 -3 years' experience in marketing/retail activities Experience in retail and customer service Degree in marketing is desirable but not essential CIM qualifications desirable but not essential Operational knowledge very desirable A full driving licence and ability to travel is not essential within this role We are looking for an energetic, autonomous, hugely positive and driven retailer and marketeer The successful candidate will be bursting with ideas, have a strong commercial focus and highly commendable interpersonal skills.
