Restructuring Solicitor

About the Company - This firm are looking to recruit a Solicitor from Newly Qualified up to c5years PQE into their restructuring team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
This market-leading Scottish banking and restructuring practice advise a broad range of lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.
They act for all the UK clearing banks and a growing number of other European and investment banks on all types of facilities, from a cquisition finance, real estate finance to debt capital markets .
They also act for many borrowers, from l isted companies to small enterprises , on their financings.
They deliver a high quality legal service banking and finance team with access to a deep knowledge of current market practice, they are on the panel and act for, all of the UK clearing banks and a number of European and investment banks in relation to bilateral and syndicated lending transactions.
They deliver a truly partner led service and strongly believe in being fully joined up across their network of offices.
They have a strong focus on a wide range of restructuring matters across sectors such as, financial services, real estate, hospitality, retail and education.
About the Role - The successful candidate will ideally: Scottish or English qualified ; have gained experience in a commercial firm but be willing to learn new skills; be a team player, able to forge strong working relationships with colleagues both in the office and in an agile environment; be technically strong and exercise good commercial judgment; have the interpersonal skills necessary for this client-facing role; and have a "can-do" attitude and be willing to work with colleagues and partners collaboratively and enthusiastically on both transactions and practice development.
