Restructuring Director

Associate Director - Insolvency & RestructuringAmbition is working with one of the UK's premier advisory firms that have been going through an unprecedented run of success in the market as they are looking to grow their Restructuring Advisory division by hiring a new Director in their London office.
This role will see you being tasked with leading a capable and experienced team of restructuring professionals across both formal insolvency engagements such as trading administrations, as well as informal advisory focused projects and review work.
You'll be joining one of the market leaders that has been appointed on some of the most notable restructuring projects to have taken place over the past few years. As a Director, your role will see you helping with the development of the team, taking the lead on engagements, and being actively involved with business development and marketing.
RequirementsExtensive experience of working on both formal insolvency and restructuring advisory projects. Trading administration and strong report writing skills are essential.JIEB is not a requirement but would be highly desirable.Chartered accountancy qualifications are not essential but highly desirable.A good personal network of work referrers is also highly desirable.Clear demonstrable experience of being the main point of contact on complex restructuring engagements.If you're an experienced Senior Manager that's ready to make the step up or a Director looking for an opportunity to work with a market leader, please get in touch to learn more.
