An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Restaurant Supervisor at our Lacock branch.
To assist in managing and controlling the Restaurant, its staff and resources, creating an attractive and friendly eating environment, The ideal candidates will ideally have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
To work 4 days during the week plus alternate weekends.
Restaurant Supervisor duties: Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently All team members fully understand their job role Catering team trained and motivated to maximise sales opportunities Training needs identified and communicated to Restaurant Manager Performance / disciplinary issues communicated to Restaurant Manager Feedback and coaching utilised to continuously improve the performance of the team All Company and statutory procedures and requirements are adhered to Health and safety checks are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and Company policy Loss and damage to stock is investigated and minimised Ensure correct till and discount procedures are carried out in line with Company procedures Adhere to all voids, refunds, etc procedures Benefits Include Free Parking Holiday Pay Great staff discount Work Place Pension Only applicants shortlisted for an interview will be contacted.
