Salary: 28K plus bonus, other perks are tips and 40% off food and drink.The role of the Restaurant Manager is to be ultimately responsible for the entire operation of their site, in accordance with company standards.The Restaurant Manager effectively manages, develops and delegates to their Bar Managers, Head Chef & Sous Chefs, Supervisors and all key staff.
