What we are looking for in Restaurant Manager candidates: A proven track record within first-class restaurants, with a focus on high-quality, volume Restaurant Manager experience within a two or three-Michelin Star restaurant is highly desirable Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee A true passion for the customer journey AMRT1_UKCT
