The Company.... Is a luxury fine dine Restaurant on the outskirts of Crickowell looking for a Restaurant Manager with fine dine restaurant experience.
The Restaurant is approx.
45/50 seater, some outside space for summer dining.

This is a Restaurant Managers position in a Fine Dine Restaurant, on the outskirts of Crickowell.
Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation.
This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager.
Have good wine & sommelier experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.
The Person specification...
Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service Own transport is probably required as public transport is limited Have worked in a rosetted restaurant in a management capacity Have Sommelier qualifications & experience If you are an amazing Restaurant Manager, you have flair, charisma and want to make a real difference.
