Experience as a restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A strong people manager with the ability to train & motivate a team to deliver results An understanding of cost controls Sales building RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL: Manage day to day operations alongside the GM and Deputy GM Train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front Maintain high standards of customer service Drive sales to maximise profitability APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
