Position Title: General Manager Role Overview: As the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront, steering the daily operations with a keen focus on sales, fiscal management, accounting, recruitment, and the upkeep of our facility and equipment.
Your mission will be to surpass budget expectations while maintaining cost-effectiveness and profitability, in line with our company policies.
You'll also be tasked with generating monthly reports for our corporate office, adhering to financial procedures, which include managing cash, credit card transactions, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other financial operations.
