We are currently looking to recruit for a Response Assets Officer 37 hours per week Salary: £33,636 - £37,949 About you: In this role you are part of a large Response Assets team where you support repair requests, identifying works required and issuing works orders, appraising contractor performance and carrying out void inspections.
We expect you to have experience in a construction / facilities / maintenance environment and also contract management including supervision of contracts.

Having a driving license and access to own transport is essential.
Your responsibilities: The JD sets out most tasks, but includes: - Carry out post inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and works order Action and monitor repair requests Raise appropriate day to day repair orders, contract directions /instructions and monitor progress/performance and standards on all aspects of repair and maintenance works Undertake scheme audits and risk assessments Carry out property services to voids including inspection and condition review Carry out regular Stock condition surveys to inform component replacement and maintain the quality of our homes A bit about us We are one of NIs leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.
