An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Resourcing Specialist to join a dynamic team at a leading law firm.
This role will focus on providing a highly effective resourcing service to their Business Services teams.
Key Responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Resourcing: Oversee daily resourcing activities for roles within business professional departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine resourcing needs.
Manage the entire resourcing process from reviewing recruitment requests to coordinating offers.
Ensure inclusivity in all roles and hiring practices.
Write job adverts, source candidates, review applications, develop assessment materials and interview questions.
Maintain up-to-date resourcing records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Develop an in-depth understanding of all roles and associated reward packages.
Proactively source candidates through headhunting and other available sources, building a robust pipeline of talent.
You will have gained previous experience in the following areas: Experience in 360 Recruitment, preferably in professional services, either in-house or agency, managing the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
Knowledge of best practices and trends in recruitment, including sourcing strategies, assessment tools, and employer branding.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive approach, keeping hiring managers informed at all times on the progress of their vacancies.
Creative and innovative approach to resourcing methodology.
