About the Role:
Hays is collaborating with a local council to recruit a Resourcing Partner for the Adult Social team.
This interim position involves supporting the team with their resourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and streamline the resourcing process within the Adult Social team.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address resourcing needs.
Ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
Provide guidance and support on resource management best practices.
Requirements: Proven background in resource management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role within a social care setting is preferred.
