Provide a world class candidate experience Build and own the head-hunting strategy for your area of responsibility Collaborate with the Heads of People to understand up and coming business requirements and future demand Coach Hiring Managers on how to effectively attract and select great people into their business Identify top talent and people ready to move within your area of responsibility and expertise, liaising with the Heads of People to facilitate succession and growth Ensure the offer process is smooth and timely You will be relentless and uncompromising in the pursuit of attracting world-class talent to Holroyd Howe maintain regular contact with candidates in the talent pool Generate leads and a network through hired candidates to establish potential referrals Provide honest and constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates where required and in a timely manner Qualifications Experience in the full recruitment cycle in either a recruitment agency or in- house recruitment environment Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn and various social media platforms Able to work in a fast paced always changing environment Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise with excellent organisational skills Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise stakeholders A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business Additional Information Holroyd Howe is one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
