Role: Yard Operative Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Hourly Rate: £11.44 Position: Secure ongoing employment, including after Christmas Staffing Match, a trusted provider of logistics and distribution solutions, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team at our Lutterworth location.
This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard environment to support the smooth operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities as Yard Operative: Perform general yard cleaning duties, including removing cardboard and debris.
Ensure the yard is kept tidy and safe at all times.
Handle and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
Support the team with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while working outdoors.
Requirements as Yard Operative: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Awareness of health and safety standards.
