Our client in Worcester is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits: Salary - Up to £25,000 per annum.
Located in Birmingham City Centre.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break).
33 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holiday).

Fully office-based role.
Role and Responsibilities: Provide legal support in Family Law matters, including Divorce, Financial Remedies, Child Arrangements, and Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements.
Deliver efficient, cost-effective legal support to clients, team members, and directors.
Manage and maintain accurate case records on the firm's system (ALB), tracking key dates and tasks.
Participate in firm-provided training, ensuring continuous professional development.
Handle client communications sensitively, especially with vulnerable clients, and actively participate in business development and marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Family Law with strong general knowledge in this area.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management, and case management systems, especially ALB.
Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to address sensitive client issues.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards, including GDPR and Data Protection Act requirements.
Experience in Public Law and Care Work is advantageous.
