Main duties of the job As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in: Supporting recruitment campaigns and providing excellent service to candidates.Managing pre-employment checks, including DBS processing and reference collection.Assisting with recruitment administration using systems like Trac and NHS Jobs.Helping candidates and new employees navigate the recruitment process with ease.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Good general level of education to GCSE or equivalent (Grade C and above) Commitment to personal and professional development Desirable NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification or equivalent relevant training and experience Experience Essential Experience in transactional general office work involving word processing, filing and dealing with customers (internal or external) Desirable Experience in a relevance customer focussed transactional Recruitment Service Knowledge of Trac Recruitment systems and ESR Knowledge of NHS Recruitment Services Skills Essential Accurate word processing / keyboard skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
