We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant resourcing team at DHL, where you'll dive into the exciting world of talent acquisition, help us scout and onboard amazing talent, and play a key role in shaping the future of our global logistics leader, all while enjoying a dynamic work environment and endless opportunities for growth and creativity!
You'll be responsible for: Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet a wide range of our customers' staffing needs. Sifting and pre-screening applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications. Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Visiting sites to meet key stakeholders and understand our wide range of customers. We'd like you to have: Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Capability to manage recruitment projects and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. A full driving license. Why join us?
