Job Description We are now recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Resource Coordinator to join our Resourcing team.
As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively organising and scheduling technical consultants' diaries in order to effectively deliver our various projects.
This is a fast paced, ever-changing role and you will essentially be the glue that pulls the projects together.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, pro-active, a quick thinker, and personable.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with key stakeholders to find the right resourcing solution for our customers and the company; Pro-actively manage Technical Consultant schedules to ensure utilisation is high and bench time is limited; Additionally, ensure that consultants are not overly utilised, recognising the importance of duty of care.
Coordination and allocation of resources to projects according to projects plans, resource availability and skill set; Management of Jira project management tool and resourcing tickets; Escalate resource constraints or a skills shortfall to the Resourcing Manager; Assist with and maintain the skills matrix to ensure it is accurate at all times; Conduct and manage weekly Project Management resource meetings; Ensure new customers and projects are set up on all relevant systems; Ensure the correct Sales governance is followed and commercial coverage is in place; Assist with checking and approving timesheets for all Professional Services resources; Administration of approved annual leave; Assist with month end reporting, this will include but not limited to, ensuring all bookings are correctly entered onto the Resourcing system; Support other areas of the resourcing team, including other administration duties as and when required.
Qualifications Skills & Experience: Demonstrable experience of a similar role within a Professional Services Project environment; Previous experience within a resourcing role would be preferable; Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work; Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for attention to detail; Robust and clear approach – has the confidence to challenge, offer opinion and 'push back' when required; Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively articulate an opinion with both internal and external stakeholders through a variety of different mediums; Demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving skills but knows when to escalate; Team Player – understands the importance of individual as well as team contribution.
