### Description **About the Role** 'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new TeamMembers who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we're looking for new Team Members towork across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide themwith a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.
As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our guestaccommodation and then will work in our Shops department for the rest of theweek.
No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of workingwith lots of different team members and guests.
**This role requires flexibility on hours as it is a permanent role covering35 hours over 5 days out of 7, with Mondays and Fridays essential and you willneed to be over 18 due to the evening shift patterns required for this role.
** **Working to a variety of shift patterns which could include 6am starts,midnight finishes and weekends.
** ### About You We're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learningnew things and working with a like-minded group of people.
As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then will work in one other area for the rest of the week.
