Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Contract Type: Full-Time / Fixed Term Salary: Competitive and based on experience About Us: At this primary school, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional education in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HLTA to join our dynamic primary school.
Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Lead small group sessions and whole-class activities as needed.
Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
Assist in the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback.
Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
Mentor and guide other teaching assistants and support staff.
Participate in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
Qualifications and Skills: HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential.
Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
