TML Recruitment are currently partnering an industry-leading bank in the UK to assist in their search for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their rapidly growing team.
This client side opportunity will consist of valuing residential properties in Central and West London, including Buy-To-Let properties including HMO's, Modern blocks of flats and Houses with a value of up to £7m.
Post Codes include: NW, SW1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, W, WC and EC The wider team consists of 27 people but have huge growth plans or the future and look to immediately recruit 3 additional valuers into the team around the country however given the location of this role it would be one of the most important to the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage region including valuation flow and panel input Comply with RICS regulations and all other requirements Keep up to date with local markets and technical developments affecting the role including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO's) Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of the region and maintain / develop panel surveyor relationships Provide Market Reports and such information that is requested to allow Group Strategy to be determined Undertake specific tasks that support other business lines including Development Finance and Due Diligence exercises WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
