Residential Surveyor Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Residential Surveyor on behalf of a leading Estate Agent.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive property surveys and valuations.
Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports.
Provide expert advice on property conditions and market value.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments.
Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification: Proven experience as a Residential Surveyor.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
