Key Responsibilities Support pupils during their time at the residential unit, including participating in activities, trips, and evening routines such as meals, breakfast, and bedtime.
Provide care in line with the school's therapeutic approach to behaviour and learning.
Assist with personal care and housekeeping duties as needed.
Help create a safe, nurturing environment for students' personal, social, and emotional development.
Qualifications and Experience A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards supporting young people.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
