Residential Property Solicitor Location: Swindon Level: 3+ PQE An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our esteemed firm based in Swindon.
Our client, a reputable regional firm renowned for its excellence in residential conveyancing is seeking a dynamic individual to bolster its thriving department.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will utilise your experience in handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Experience in new build properties would be desirable but not a requirement.
Beyond your legal expertise, you will excel in building strong client relationships, as well as establishing good rapport with local estate agents and other intermediaries.
Requirements: Qualified solicitor Minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing Proficiency in handling various conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Experience working with local estate agents and intermediaries is advantageous Joining this team means becoming part of a collaborative environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
