Our team is committed to maintaining high standards of client care and professional excellence.About the Role - We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) to join our team.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day matters on behalf of clients in all property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions.Regularly liaise with estate agents and financial advisors.Explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable manner.Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures.Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations.Meet agreed targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure high standards of client care are exercised in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.Participate in marketing activities and leverage networking and business development opportunities.Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential.Skills and QualificationsLicensed conveyancer/Legal Executive with 5-10 years PQESolicitor with 3 – 5 years PQEProven experience in property conveyancingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesHigh level of professionalism and client careWe are looking for someoneWho enjoys working with others and as part of a teamWho can demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong commitment to meeting the needs of clientsWho embraces new technology and has a willingness to learn new methods, procedures and techniquesWhat we offerSalary of £42,500 - £50,000 depending on experience Benefits packageFree car parkingOpportunities for professional development and career growthA supportive work environmentEmployee Assistance ProgrammeRegular social events24/7 access to Digital GPAccess to Mental Health servicesEqual Opportunity Statement - If you are a dedicated and experienced Property Fee Earner looking to join a reputable firm, we would love to hear from you.
