Key Responsibilities: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will:
Handle a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including: Sales & purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New builds Right to buy Retirement and shared ownership schemes Lease extensions Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively using a web-based case management system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and introducers.
Generate fee income in line with targets while providing exceptional client care.
Conduct client meetings and take detailed instructions.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently.
A client-centric approach with exceptional service delivery skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving business targets.
Proficiency in IT and case management systems.
Outstanding communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
