It prides itself on a professional yet friendly and supportive working environment.The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team in Gerrards Cross.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued success of the firm.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensionsProvide clear and practical legal advice to clients on residential property mattersLiaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processesConduct due diligence including title checks, searches and drafting contractsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and company policiesMaintain and develop client relationships, delivering excellent customer serviceWork collaboratively with colleagues across different departmentsRequirements:Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling a busy caseload of residential property files, or an experienced conveyancer with similar fee earning experienceComprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes and property lawStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workProactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfactionFamiliarity with case management systems and legal softwareContact Information:For more information about the role or the application process, please contact Alex Cook for a confidential discussion and further details about the role.
