Residential Conveyancing SolicitorLocation: Coventry (Hybrid Working)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and leading law firm based in Coventry.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the option to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.In this role, you will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfer of equity (TOE), shared ownership, new builds, and both freehold and leasehold transactions.Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, new builds, and freehold and leasehold matters.Overseeing and supporting a small team, ensuring smooth department operations.Working closely with the Head of Department to develop business and foster growth within the Property Department.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout all stages of the conveyancing process.Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong knowledge of all areas of residential property law.Proven experience in managing a team and assisting in business development.Excellent communication, organisational, and management skills.Proficiency in IT systems and legal software.Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.A polite, professional, and patient manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
