We are currently working in partnership with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Solicitor/Associate to join their well-established Residential Property team in Bristol .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a passion for residential property law to join a forward-thinking firm that offers strong career development and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including conveyancing for first-time buyers and clients with property portfolios.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations regarding options, outcomes, risks, and timescales.
Scope fees for existing clients and grow your internal and external network of clients and intermediaries.
Enhance the firm's profile by attending networking events, writing publications, and speaking at seminars.
Take responsibility for managing delegated aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, offering technical and business advice.
Track progress against KPIs and contribute to budgetary management of client matters.
Apply business processes effectively to ensure efficiency and service delivery.
Stay updated on changes in the legal sector and apply this knowledge to client matters.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes 2-5 PQE as a qualified fee earner with experience managing a residential property caseload.
Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
Ability to work autonomously and delegate work effectively within the team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
A proactive approach to business development and personal branding.
