This leading law firm is looking to appoint an additional Residential Property Solicitor to join their established team.
JOB REF: 215297708The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.• You will manage a diverse caseload that includes sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties, shared ownership, Right to Buy, and Help to Buy schemes.• The firm is seeking candidates who are confident in managing their own caseload, can work independently, and possess strong technical knowledge of conveyancing.• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
