Our client, a leading Top 100 City law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for 3- 6 months.

The firm is highly ranked for its' real estate practice which handles the sale and purchase of residential properties primarily in prime Central London.
They act for private individuals, consortia, partnerships, and banks in the sale, purchase, development, and funding.

Key Responsibilities:Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, particularly in prime central London.
Assist with property management matters.
Work on residential property development transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, working with both UK and international clients, including investors, developers, and financial institutions.
Participate in marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Lexcel procedures and maintain high standards in file management.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with solid high net worth and ultra-high net worth residential property experience ideally in the London market.
