A city-led law firm, recognised as having one of the UK's Top Real Estate practices, is seeking a talented Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious lawyer to work on high-profile residential property matters, primarily in prime central London.

About the Role: The Residential Property team specialises in providing legal services to private individuals, consortia, partnerships, and banks in the sale, purchase, development and funding of residential property in central London.

Key Responsibilities: Advising on the sale and purchase of properties, focusing on prime central London.
Property management and development matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with UK and international investors, developers, and financial institutions.
Participating in marketing initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and business development activities.
Ensuring compliance with procedures and contributing to training sessions within the firm.
Candidate Requirements: UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in residential property.
Demonstrated experience in handling high-value and complex residential property transactions.
Client-focused, collaborative, and a strong team player.
Proactive in business development and maintaining high standards of client care.
