Role Overview: As a Residential Property Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the firm's residential property practice, working with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers in both residential and commercial property matters.
You will be responsible for managing and growing your own caseload, as well as mentoring and managing a team of junior solicitors and associates.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and development work.
Provide high-level strategic advice to private clients, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and property developers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and growth within the residential property sector.
Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of solicitors and paralegals, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality standards.
Contribute to the firm's strategy for growth in the residential property market, identifying new opportunities for expansion and offering innovative solutions.
Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm to ensure an integrated approach to client service.
Play a key role in business development activities, including networking, attending industry events, and participating in marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the practice.
Oversee and manage the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of property transactions to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a senior solicitor or associate within a residential property team, ideally with experience at a Top 500 law firm or a similar environment.
Strong technical expertise in residential property law, with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, commercial, and regulatory aspects of property transactions.
Demonstrable experience in managing complex residential property matters and high-value transactions.
Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to supervise and develop junior team members.
A proactive approach to business development and a drive to expand the residential property offering.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
Ability to manage a high workload, prioritize tasks, and work to tight deadlines.
