I am looking to speak with Residential Property Partners regarding an exciting and senior level opportunity with a leading national law firm.

This firm already has a very strong presence within the property market and has secured a new contract with identified work already for the next three years and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Partner to join one of the UK's leading law firms at a pivotal time where you will be involved in the development of the department during a serious time of growth.

The work is already guaranteed; there is no need for business development or the generation of additional clients for work or fees; the model is one client who provides all the work.

I am also keen to speak to senior level candidates who may be open to a team move to this firm.

The project will be a fully bespoke, tailored conveyancing offering with fixed fees and a low volume caseload per lawyer – possibly 5 instructions per week, with a maximum of 60 cases running at any time.
There will be a simple fixed fees structure for all transactions with a two-tier pricing.
This is very different from the majority of high volume conveyancing departments.
