Residential Property Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team in Shirley on a permanent basis.
Ideally, the candidate will be bilingual in Polish and English, with a passion for Residential Conveyancing.
(Polish language skills would be beneficial, as this role may involve translating documents and interpreting between English and Polish.)
Salary: £23,000 + Responsibilities include but not limited too: Submitting AP1 applications to facilitate the registration of legal titles with the Land Registry.
Assisting Conveyancers with managing their caseload by carrying out legal procedures under their supervision.
Handling file-related queries via phone or in person, ensuring client service levels are met.
Progressing cases efficiently, adhering to professional standards, internal procedures, and key deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be.
Bilingual in Polish and English (preferred but not essential).
Ambitious and motivated, looking for long-term career development.
Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience supporting fee earners in a busy Residential Property team is essential.
Hours: 37 per week  Mon - Thurs 09:00am to 5:30pm Fri 09:00am and to 5:00pm
