As the Property Manager, you will be supporting the team with property inspections, following up on works orders, and handling landlord and tenant inquiries via the Veco database.

Personal specification: Some experience within residential lettings/property administration/property management ARLA/NFoPP would be advantageous Excellent administrative skills Exceptional organisational and prioritising ability Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good attention to detail Initiative and ability to work under pressure Team player Excellent IT skills Full UK driving licence for inspections.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £32,000 depending on previous experience.
A car allowance will be provided, as well as free on-site parking.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
