We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Norfolk region, who are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Lawyer.
This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of residential property transactions Conduct thorough land registry searches and verify property ownership Draught legal documents for contracts, leases, and other conveyancing essentials Coordinate with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties Utilise a sophisticated case management system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in residential conveyancing Relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
