Position: Residential Property Lawyer Location: High Wycombe Experience: 2-7 years PQE Type: Full-time, with flexible working options available About the Role: A growing law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their Residential Property Department.
This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-7 years of PQE who can independently manage a caseload and is comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload, including residential sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and lease extensions Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts Collaborate closely with senior team members, occasionally assisting on partner-led cases Meet billing targets and adhere to quality and AML compliance standards Network effectively to retain and develop client relationships and support new business initiatives Use Case Management Systems effectively and maintain strong fee recording and administrative skills Travel to other offices and client sites as needed Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrates technical expertise and a client-centered approach Organized and able to handle fast-paced workloads with attention to detail Flexible and skilled at multitasking, with strong negotiation abilities Experienced in business development and networking This role offers an excellent benefits package, competitive remuneration, holiday entitlement, and a supportive working environment.
