Residential Property Counsel

Our client is a leading residential development company with extensive operations across the UK.
They are looking for a 3PQE + Property Legal Counsel with experience in acting for housebuilders to join their organization ASAP and be willing to commute to their offices in Solihull 3 days per week.
You will be Reporting directly to the Group Legal Directo r, and the aim of this role will include overseeing and executing key property transactions, ensuring timely completion in accordance with the Group's policies and business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate external counsel for various property projects.
Analyse and assess terms for bulk sales and land purchases.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from across the business.
Structure, negotiate, and draft essential transaction documents, such as contracts, development agreements, transfer documents, options, title certificates, and security agreements, in line with company policies.
Ensure conditions for bank funding agreements are met.
The ideal candidate will 3PQE+ from a reputable firm or have relevant in-house experience dealing with housebuilders.
