Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join their Residential Property team in Perth.
This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm's strategic growth and succession planning for 2023–2027.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a friendly, collaborative team that values professional excellence and client service.
About the Role You will:
Manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of residential property transactions.
Work closely with an established client base, including individuals, families, and property investors.
Play a key role in the firm's continued success and growth in the local market.
Collaborate with other teams in the Perth office, which includes Business Law, Private Client, Family, Commercial Property, and Commercial Disputes.
About You You are:
A qualified solicitor with ideally 3+ years PQE in residential property.
Client-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ambitious and eager to contribute to the firm's long-term strategic goals.
Able to work full-time or part-time (minimum of three days per week).
