Role - Residential Paralegal Location - London Salary - £32k About Us We are a East London Based firm known for our high-quality, client-focused approach to conveyancing.

Our conveyancing team is committed to excellence, combining technical expertise with a highly personalized client experience.
The Role We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our respected team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, handling complex and varied property transactions in London and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have strong conveyancing knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities Manage a range of conveyancing transactions independently, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, and high-value property transactions.
Draft and review legal documents, conduct title checks, and carry out comprehensive due diligence.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them updated throughout the conveyancing process and providing them with a seamless experience.
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Support junior team members and assist in maintaining high standards within the conveyancing team.
Maintain accurate case files on the firm's case management system, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing, with strong knowledge of Freehold, Leasehold, and complex property transactions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving approach to handling transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Familiarity with case management systems and proficiency in using digital tools for case handling and documentation.
A team-oriented individual who is eager to support colleagues and work collaboratively in a close-knit, high-performing team.
