Work as a Home Manager for a local provider for a luxury elderly residential home.
As a Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on the opportunity to work in a Home autonomously, make the Home your own and also earn well.
Benefits : 25 days holiday + bank holidays Up to £75,000 Oldham Area Bonus TBC Home Manager Requirements: NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards) CQC experience As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a residential elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
