Residential Home Lead

Our brand new contemporary and cutting edge Care Home located in Wimborne is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 40 hours.
Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care.

· Creates subject interest in team members and a genuine interest to continually self-improve and help others improve · You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
