Job title: Residential Development Solicitor Location: Reading Salary: £57k-£60k - depending on experience PQE Level: NQ-2 Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full-time Our client has a market leading reputation for property development work and is home to an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking approach and supportive team-oriented culture.
The firm is looking for a talented real estate lawyer, with a desire to focus on interesting and complex development-based work.
The team works on behalf of a diverse client base including major residential developers, housebuilders, promoters and other property development stakeholders on major urban extension and regeneration projects drawn from across the Southeast and further afield.
The firm would be keen to talk to real estate solicitors, with at least one training seat in commercial real estate and a knowledge of land law.
