I am pleased to be working with a award winning specialist residential conveyancing law firm in London located centrally in London who are looking to grow their team by adding a residential conveyancing fee earner with 2/3 PQE to their experienced team.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for your own caseload of matters and can expect to work on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase work, lease extensions, refinancing and transfer of equity.
You will work as part of a team Conduct legal research You will also grow new streams of work Requirements: Experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner with around 2/3 PQE but higher levels will also be considered.
Genuine interest in coaching and mentoring junior members of the team self-motivated, energetic and hard working.
