One of Scotlands leading Residential Conveyancing departments is growing its Dundee team by recruiting a Solicitor (NQ-3 Years PQE), due to organic growth in the area.As the successful candidate, you will undertake a full high-quality caseload of sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title and re-mortgages, as well as new build developments and delivering a first-class customer service.To be considered for this opportunity, you will have had hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.Working for this firm, all staff receive a strong benefits package, including a competitive salary and annual leave package.
