RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL/ LEGAL EXECUTIVE, 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, £25,000 - £35,000 DOE. As part of the department's growth, the firm is seeking an experienced fee earner to independently manage their caseload while offering support to the team as required. JOB REF: 7908 •The appointed legal professional will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.•You will prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
