Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Renfrewshire

We have been instructed on this Residential Property role with our client, a successful Solicitors and Estate Agents, based in Renfrewshire.
This firm brings a wealth of experience and understanding to its clients and their business; they offer a wide range of legal services in a variety of sectors including property, corporate, employment, dispute resolution, private client and family law.
Due to business growth, the firm is currently in need of an additional Lawyer to join its busy property department.The work will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing including drafting contracts, client consultations, property title searches, and deposit management.
The firm is open to candidates at the NQ-4 level PQE.
Previous experience of residential conveyancing is desirable; however, training can be provided for more junior-level candidates.The firm operates a hybrid working model which allows employees to work from home 1-2 days per week, however there can be some flexibility around this.
