The firm is known for its exceptional client service and expertise across a range of practice areas.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1+ years Fee Earning to join their well-established and dynamic property team.
Role Overview: The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership matters.
You will work within a supportive team, handling matters from inception through to completion, whilst providing first-class legal advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
Provide expert advice on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and new builds.
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other relevant documentation.
Keep clients informed of case developments and ensure deadlines are met.
Work towards departmental and firm-wide goals, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas as required.
Requirements: 1+ years in Residential Conveyancing as a Fee Earner.
Strong knowledge and practical experience of residential property law.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to managing caseloads and deadlines.
A passion for delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
Good IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
