NEW ROLE Residential Conveyancer / Lawyer My client a leading & reputable legal , multi-sector firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Lawyer to assist within their New-Build Conveyancing department based in Manchester or Liverpool.
You can be a qualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earner with a minimum of 3 years experience managing a new-build property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess a solid understanding of investor relations and financing, particularly with investor purchases and portfolio mortgages, particularly where the lender is separately represented.
